Practice Fire Breath to flatten your stomach after pregnancy. If pregnancy has left you with a bit of a jiggly tummy that’s hard to get rid of, in this video I show you an amazing style of breath work which amongst many other benefits helps to tone and strengthen your core which most likely needs repairing after pregnancy. 

The breath is called Kapalabhati or fire breath. It’s a type of yogic breath practiced to increase the flow of energy in your body, fire up your digestion by bringing heat to the area but as well as that it actually strengthens your core because essentially each breath you take becomes a contraction. With each exhale you engage your core muscles which helps to tone and strengthen that area.

I teach the breath slightly differently to how it is traditionally practiced because all the classes I teach are designed to be effective and safe for postpartum and issues that can come with that such as ab separation, prolapse etc.
