You will have access to the material for life. Maintenance is key to long term success. After completing the full program, I always recommend practicing one or two of my classes from the course per week. Certain circumstances in life can result in a flare of your symptoms or you might have another baby, so it is important you have lifetime access to the program and all updates. The course is delivered though an online portal and is primarily video based where you can stream from any device.
It is recommended that you get clearance from your doctor before starting any exercise. Every woman is different, but as a general guideline it is best to wait 6 weeks. If possible, I recommend you see a women’s health physiotherapist prior to commencing the course if you suspect you have a pelvic organ prolapse.
Yes you can! It is generally recommended that you wait 8 weeks until fully healed. Please make sure you’ve been cleared by your doctor first.
Yes absolutely! Women can heal their pelvic floor and core years after they had their last baby. There are many success stories of women healing pelvic floor injuries such as prolapse more than ten years after their last baby.
Absolutely! No prior yoga experience is needed. The videos provide detailed instruction. We start slowly and increase in intensity and difficulty as the weeks progress once proper strength is built.
Every woman is different and it depends on the severity of your diagnosis and how dedicated you are to following the program. Most women with mild/moderate issues experience a significant improvement in symptoms and physical appearance. If your injuries are more severe, while you may experience an improvement in symptoms, you will likely need more specialised treatment and to seek the care of a medical professional to correctly diagnose you and give you a care plan.
