Feeling a lack of confidence around your belly after pregnancy?

Pregnancy changes your body in ways could never imagine. Your hips widen, your stomach muscles can split and your hormones are all over the place.

We are either bombarded in the media with unrealistic images of women who ‘bounce back’ or told to love your postpartum belly just the way it is.

I’m here to change that paradigm. Millions of women do not ‘bounce back’ and that’s ok. Millions of women want to make a change and that’s okay too!

The important thing is to focus on making those changes because you want to be the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Not because you think you aren’t beautiful or because you feel you are less than.

Also know that you can work hard to make a change in your life so you are the happiest, healthiest version of yourself and still have lose skin and stretch marks.

When you exercise from a place of lack, you are sending out a frequency that you aren’t good enough. YOU are perfect just the way you are. Absolutely you are.

You can love yourself and want to make positive healthy changes to your body and your life.

I’ve found yoga to be the perfect method of movement to create a positive lasting change in your life.

Yoga addresses your body as a whole. We aren’t just working to strengthen and tone your muscles. We are working on creating a healthy, happy mind as well.

Sadly there are many women who have worked hard to achieve the body they desire BUT if no work is done to create a loving harmonious mind, honestly what’s the point?!

I know yoga works because I’ve seen it transform thousands of women’s lives. It transforms you physically,mentally and emotionally.

I think this article in women’s health magazine highlighting 9 important things to be aware of when you’ve recently had a baby, looks at things in a very healthy way for both body and mind.

This class is one of my all-time favorites. It’s short but it really packs a punch as you’ll see when you feel the burn.
