This fifteen minute restorative yoga exercises for prolapse class will help relieve any pressure and pain you  are experiencing. It’s a restorative class designed to help bring your pelvic floor back to proper alignment and allow your muscles a chance to relax. 

If you have prolapse you also need to be doing strength based exercises but this class is a nice addition and wonderful to do at the end of a long day. 

Several of the exercises you will do are inversions which allows you to take the pressure of your pelvic floor which can help with recovery and any pain you are experiencing. The exercises bring an increase in blood flow to your pelvic floor, reproductive organs and heart.

Inversions are incredibly relaxing and allow you to drop into your parasympathetic nervous system resulting in deep healing and rest for your body and mind.
